Ingredients

• 5 g dry yeast
• 1 tsp sugar
• 120 g lukewarm water
• 200 g flour
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• 200 g Violife greek white block crumbled
• 200 g Violife epic cheddar flavour block grated
• 1 tbsp of olive oil
• 2 garlic cloves minced or grated
• 3 green onions sliced
• 300 g fresh spinach chopped
• 1 tsp lemon juice and zest of 1/2 a lemon
• 1 tsp dried oregano
• 3 tbsp dill chopped
• salt and pepper to taste
• 4 tbsp olive oil
• red pepper flakes to garnish
