Ingredients

• 4 lemongrass stalks, roughly chopped
• 100 g onion, roughly chopped
• 4 garlic cloves
• 1.5 tsp ground turmeric
• 4 red chillies, roughly chopped
• 1.5 tsp shrimp paste (or replace with 2 tbsp fish sauce)
• 1.5 tsp salt
• 2 tbsp white sugar
• 2 tbsp oil
