Ingredients

• 500 g loaf brioche bread
• 4 eggs
• 1 cup First Choice Custard
• 2 tsp vanilla essence
• ¼ tsp ground cardamom
• ½ tsp mixed spice
• ¼ tsp ground ginger
• pinch of ground cloves
• pinch of ground black pepper
• ¼ cup brown sugar
• 20 g First Choice Butter, for frying
• sliced almonds, toasted
• blueberries for serving
• 230 g First Choice Salted Butter, softened to room temperature
• 115 g honey
• 23 g icing sugar
