• 1 cup quick-cooking rolled oats
• 1/2 cup coconut
• 1 cup Nestle's Semi-Sweet Chocolate Morsels (6-oz package)
• 1/2 cup powdered sugar
• 1 tablespoon water
• 1/3 cup Cream Cheese
