• 1 ½ cups chocolate chips
• 4 tsp white vinegar

• pink gel food coloring
• 3 cups unsalted butter (room temperature)
• 12 cups confectioner’s sugar
• 1 ½ tsp vanilla extract
• 4 tbsp cocoa powder (optional)
• 1 cup marshmallow fluff (or 1 cup mini marshmallows)
• 2/3 cup chocolate chips
• ¾ cup strawberries (diced)
