Ingredients

• 2 Tablespoons hard margarine
• 1 cup chopped onion
• 1/2 cup diced celery
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1/4 teaspoon pepper
• 1 teaspoon parsley flakes
• 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon poultry seasoning
• 4 cups cubed bread slices
• 3-1/2 pound roasting chicken
• 2 teaspoons liquid gravy browner
