Nutty Fudge Brownies - Diamond Nuts

Ingredients

• 1 cup unsalted butter, cubed
• 9 ounces bittersweet chocolate, chopped or use chips
• 1 1/2 cup light or dark brown sugar
• 4 large eggs
• 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
• 1 tablespoon instant espresso powder (optional)
• 1/2 teaspoon coarse salt
• 1 cup all-purpose flour
• 1 1/2 cup mixed unsalted nuts, such as Diamond of California® Shelled Walnuts, Chopped Hazelnuts and Whole Almonds
• additional salt, for sprinkling (optional)
