• Salt to taste

• 2 cups elbow macaroni
• 1/4 cup Cheddar cheese grated
• 1/4 cup flour
• 1 1/4 cups milk
• 1 pinch dry mustard
• 1/2 cup grated Cheddar cheese
• Parsley sprig for garnish
