- 1 punet overripe strawberries (300gm)
- ⅓ cup (approx 80ml) light olive oil or vegetable oil

- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1½ cups (225g) wholemeal self-raising flour
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
