• 1 yellow cooking onion diced
• 2 cloves garlic minced or garlic powder
• 2 tsp parsley flakes
• 1 tsp oregano
• salt and pepper
• 2 eggs
• 1/3 - 1/2 C grated parmesan cheese
• regular seasoned breadcrumbs not italian seasoned
• Sauce:
• 2 jars any multi cheese sauce right now were using classico 4 cheese
• 1/4 c water
• Topping:
• Sliced provolone
• shredded mozzarella cheese
• grated parmesan cheese
