- 1 Potato (peeled and quartered)
- ½ tbsp Salt
- ½ tbsp Sugar
- 2 cups Boiling water
- ¼ cup Vegetable oil
- 2 qts Water
- 2 Large eggs
- 1 Egg white (Optional)
- Cornmeal to dust cookie sheet
