• 2 tablespoons SOOC Bacon olive oil
• 1 tablespoons SOOC Maple Bourbon Balsamic Vinegar
• ¼ head of cabbage, chopped
• 1 large red pepper, sliced
• 1 large onion, sliced
• 4 hoagie rolls
• Salt and pepper
