Grilled pineapple with spicy orange sauce – BBQ-Heroes
We love grilled pineappel and made a sauce made of orange juice and chilliflakes. That flavour combination worked surprisingly well.
Ingredients
- 1 ripe pineapple
- 50 grams unsalted butter
- 60 grams of caster sugar
- 150 ml orange juice
- 1 teaspoon chilli flakes
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
- Juice of half a lemon
