• 1 cup finely chopped green onion (white and green parts)
• 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
• 1 1/4 teaspoons curry powder
• 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
• 1/4 teaspoon ground allspice
• 1 pound cooked shredded beef
• Salt and freshly ground black pepper
• Tabasco sauce
• 12-ounce package wonton wrappers (about 48)
• 3 to 4 cups vegetable oil
