Ingredients

• Stock 6 cups (1.5 litres)
• Corn flour (Cornstarch) � cup (30 g)
• Soya Sauce 1 � tsp (7.5 g)
• Vinegar � cup (60 g)
• Chilli Sauce 2 tsp (10 g)
• Salt 2 tsp or to taste
• Celery, chopped fine 1 tbsp
• Tomato Ketchup � cup (60 g)
• Powdered Black pepper � tsp
• Garlic, finely chopped 1 tsp
• Onions, finely chopped � cup (100 g)
• Carrot, finely shredded � cup (100 g)
• Cabbage, finely shredded 1 cup (75 g)
