- 1 cup Pure icing sugar, sifted (160g)
- 3 Eggs
- 1 cup Plain flour (150g)
- 2 tsp Ground cinnamon
- ¼ tsp Ground cloves finely grated
- Rind of 1 lemon
- 3 Apples, peeled, cored
- 2 tbsp Raw sugar
