• 1/4 teaspoon freshly packed ground pepper

• .5 cup finely chopped carrots
• 1 12 ounce package thawed, previoulsy frozen, sweet peas
• 2 tablespoon of curry powder
• 1 tablespoon of cumin
• 1 teaspoon of red pepper flakes
• .75 cup tomato sauce
• .5 cup beef broth
• .5 cup heavy cream
• .5 tablespoon of salt
• .5 tablespoon of freshly cracked pepper
• 2 cloves of garlic
