- 1/2 cup(s) cream of coconut ( i use coco lopez )
- 1/8 teaspoon(s) cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon(s) vanilla
- 6 - slices angel food cake 1/2 inch thick
- whipped - cream and pinch of cinnamon for garnish
