• 2 tbsp yellow mustard

• 1 cup spritzing liquid (beef broth, apple cider vinegar, Worcestershire, or even water)
• 4 tbsp butter
• 1 large sweet onion, sliced
• 8 oz. mushrooms, sliced

• 1 bottle of your favorite BBQ sauce
