- <p>1 cup + 2 tbsp (175g) plain flour</p>

- <p>Pinch salt</p>
- <p>1/3 cup (80ml) raspberry jam</p>
- <p>1/2 sachet Queen Gelatine Powder</p>
- <p>½ cup (125ml) water</p>
- <p>½ cup (110g) caster sugar</p>
- <p>½ cup (75g) sifted icing sugar</p>
- <p>1 tsp Queen Madagascan Vanilla Bean Paste</p>
- <p>185g dark chocolate</p>
- <p>50g butter</p>
