Ingredients

• 1 cup (2 sticks) of butter - no substitutes
• 3/4 cup packed light brown sugar
• 1/2 cup granulated sugar
• 1/4 cup light corn syrup
• 1 egg
• 2 teaspoons vanilla
• 21/2 cups all purpose flour
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 1 package (10-12 oz.) of chips
