• ½ cup boiling water
• ½ cup of cooking oil
• 1 ¼ cups of cake flour
• 3 teaspoons baking powder
• 2 tablespoons cocoa
• pinch of salt
• 2 Flake chocolates
• For the topping:
• 250 ml cream
• 2 tablespoons of sugar
