- 7 grams (1 packet) unflavored gelatin
- 1 package (3 ounces) raspberry-flavored gelatin
- 1 cup hot water
- 1 cup Nelson's Green Brier Tennessee Whiskey
- 2/3 cup fresh lemon juice
- zest of two lemons
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 28 grams (4 packets) unflavored gelatin
- 1 cup cold water.
