- 3 tbsps. Wharf Valley rape seed oil
- 1 pinch ground cumin
- 1 tsp turmeric

- 1 tsp garam masala
- 1 tsp chilli powder
- Salt & Pepper
- Knob freshly chopped ginger (fine)
- 4 fresh tomatoes (roughly chopped)
