- 1/4 C Soy Sauce
- 2 Tb Light Brown Sugar
- 1 Tb Corn Starch
- 2 Tb Vegetable Oil
- 2 Lbs Ground Turkey
- 1 Red Bell Pepper (small dice)
- 1 large Carrot (small dice)
- 2 Garlic Cloves (minced)
- 1 Tb Ginger (minced)
- 1/4 C Green Onion (finely sliced (green parts only))
