• 1.5 pints Organic veg stock in boiling water
• 3 cups Fresh peas
• 1 handful Mint
• 200 g Tenderstem broccoli
• 1 handful Pak choi
• 1 clove Garlic
• 3 tbsp Olive oil
• 3 tbsp Nutritional yeast
• 4 tbsp Pumpkin seeds
• 1/2 Juice of lemon
• 1/2 Sea salt
• 1 twist Black pepper
• Water
