• 1 cup (250 ml) vegetable oil
• 1/2 cup (125 ml) unsweetened applesauce
• 2 tsp (10 ml) imitation french vanilla extract (club house)
• 3 tbsp (45 ml) cider vinegar
• 1 cup (250 ml) butter, softened
• 3 tbsp (45 ml) milk, approx
• 1 1/2 tsp (7 ml) pure vanilla extract (club house)
• 3 1/2 cups (825 ml) icing sugar
• 6 - 8 drops red food colour (club house)
