Steak Cutlets recipe by Fouziah Pailwan

Ingredients

• 1 kg beef mince washed and drained very well
• Add in:
• ½ teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon Aromat (a South African Spice)
• 1 teaspoon @purespice_sa green chilli garlic paste
• 1 teaspoon @purespice_sa ginger 🫚 garlic
• 2 teaspoon ground green chillies
• 2 teaspoon 6 gun grill spice
• 1 teaspoon lemon 🍋 pepper
• 2 tablespoon lemon 🍋 juice
• 1 egg 🥚 (optional)
• ½ cup breadcrumbs
• 1 teaspoon @purespice_sa dhana jeeroo
• 1 teaspoon whole jeeru (cumin)
• 1 teaspoon @purespice_sa all purpose blend
• 1 teaspoon black ⚫️ pepper
• ½ cup oats
• ½ teaspoon baking powder
• ½ teaspoon bicarb
• ½ cup chopped dhania (coriander)
