(Butternut) Squash Soup Recipe

Ingredients

• 1 large yellow onion
• 1 Butternut squash peeled and cut into cubes
• 4 medium yellow potatoes peeled and chopped into 1-inch cubes
• Salt and pepper to taste
• 2 cloves garlic
• 2 cubes/tsps Chicken bouillon
• *opt. milk or cream
