• 1 lb Original Country Sausage (Medium)
• 1 white onion, chopped
• 2 carrots, diced
• 1 orange pepper, seeded and chopped
• 3 cups potatoes, diced
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1/4 tsp pepper
• red pepper flakes
