• 1 cup puffed rice cereal
• 1 cup sweetened flaked coconut
• 1 cup rolled old-fashioned oats
• 1 (8 oz) package toffee bits
• 15 crushed peppermint hard candies, for garnish
• White chocolate, for dipping
