Crumbed Chicken recipe by Fouziah Pailwan

Ingredients

• 1 chicken cut up in pieces or fillets sliced butterflied
• 2 teaspoon @purespice_sa ginger 🫚 garlic
• ½ cup lemon 🍋 juice
• 2 teaspoon chilli powder
• 2 teaspoon ground green chillies
• 2 teaspoon chicken spice
• 1 teaspoon Aromat (a South African Spice)
• 1 teaspoon lemon 🍋 pepper
• 1 egg
• ½ cup fresh cream or nestle cream or milk
• Breading:
• ½ cup breadcrumbs
• ½ cup flour
• ½ cup chana flour
• ½ cup maizena (corn flour)
• ½ cup crushed Kornflakes
• 1 teaspoon mixed herbs 🌿 or dried parsley
