Ingredients

• 2 � cups of All Purpose Flour
• � cup of Granulated Sugar
• 1 � tsp of Orange Zest
• � tsp of Salt
• 1 Envelope of Vanillina
• � cup of Unsalted Butter, cold and cut into bite size pieces
• � cup of Vegetable Shortening, cold and cut into bite size pieces
• 3 Egg Yolks
• A few Tablespoons of Ice Water
• 1 1/4 cups of Strawberry Jam
• Egg Wash, 1 egg beaten with a tablespoon of water or milk
