Ingredients

• 2 ½ cups of flour
• 2 sticks of softened unsalted butter
• 1/2 tsp. salt
• 8-10 tbsp. ice water
• 4 ½ cups of peeled, and sliced apples
• 1 cup of Woodchuck Amber
• 1/3 cup brown sugar
• 1/4 cup sugar
• 1 tsp. cinnamon
• 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
• 1 tbsp. lemon juice
• 1/4 tsp. salt
• 3 tbsp. cornstarch
