- 1 kg Green pea
- 3 tbsp Oil
- 4 cloves of garlic
- 1 tbsp Paprika powder or paste
- 1/2 tsp Black pepper
- Salt to taste
- 1 tbsp Flour
- 350 ml Milk
- Sour Cream for serving
- Fine chopped parsley for serving
- 8 tbsp Flour
- 1 Whole egg
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1-2 pinches of black pepper
- 10 to 15 ml of Water
