Taco Casserole

Ingredients

• 1 pound groun beef
• 1 cup chopped onion
• 1 clove garlic, minced
• 1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce
• 1/4 cup water
• 1 tbsp chili powder
• 1/4 tsp whole oregano, crushed
• 1 (15 1/2 ounce) can kidney beans
• undrained
• 2 cups corn chips, crushed
• 1 3/4 cups shredded lettuce
