• 2 blueberries (for the eyes)
• 1 strawberry cheek (for the nose)
• ¼ banana, sliced (for the cheeks)
• 6 Woolworths toasted coconut chips (for the whiskers)
• For the frog:
• 1 slice Woolworths low GI wholewheat brown bread
• 1 T smashed avo (for the base)
• 2 slices Woolworths sliced salami (for the eyes)
• 1 Woolworths pickled quail egg, sliced (for the eyes)
• pitted Kalamata olives, sliced (for the eyes and mouth)
• For the owl:
• 1 slice Woolworths Tante Anna Brown wholewheat bread
• Woolworths smooth peanut butter (for the base)
• ¼ banana, sliced (for the eyes)
• 2 blueberries (for the eyeballs)
