Ingredients

• 2 cucumbers
• 2 cups of sweet corn
• ½ cup of red onion - peeled and chopped
• 1 red bell pepper - diced
• ¼ cup of fresh cilantro - finely chopped
• 2 TBSP of sour cream
• 1 TBSP of mayonnaise
• 2 TBSP of whole milk Greek yogurt (plain)
• 1 lime (Juice and zest)
• 1 lemon (Juice and zest)
• 1 clove of garlic - peeled and grated (or pressed)
• ½ TSP of chili powder (seasoning)
• salt - To taste
• ground pepper - To taste
