• 2 cups (500 ml) confectioners' sugar divided
• 2 tsps (10 ml) pure vanilla extract
• 1 tsp (5 ml) hojicha powder divided
• 1/2 tsp (2 ml) cinnamon ground divided
• 1/4 tsp (1 ml) ginger ground
• 2 cups (500 ml) flour
• 2 cups (500 ml) pecans very finely chopped
