- 2 sheets Pampas puff pastry, thawed
- 150g Nutella®
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp of CSR Icing Sugar
- 2 cups fresh or frozen cherries
- 1 cup would be 150g of cherries
- ½ cup CSR White Sugar
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- Pinch of salt - approx ⅓ of a teaspoon
