Awesome guacamole recipe

Ingredients

• 5-6 medium ripe avocados
• 1/2 cup chopped yellow onion
• 3 cloves finely minced garlic
• 3 plum tomatoes, chopped
• 1/4 cup FRESH cilantro, finely chopped
• 1 lime
• 1/2 cup sour cream
• 1 small can diced black olives
• 2 teaspoons crushed red pepper (cayenne) for spicey (or 1 teaspoon for mild)
• 1 teaspoon black pepper
• 1 teaspoon salt
