  • 2 rings of tinned pineapple (retain the juice)
  • 2 carrots, chopped
  • 15ml each soya sauce, pineapple juice (from the tin) and tomato sauce
  • 5ml vinegar
  • oil to deep-fry
  • 600g pork cubes
  • basmati rice to serve
