Oven/grill/bbq Chops | My Recipe recipe by Mrs Admin (mashuda)

Ingredients

• ½ kg chops washed
• 1 teaspoon crushed garlic
• 1 teaspoon red chilli paste
• Oil
• 1 teaspoon Robertson steak and chops spice
• ½ teaspoon Robertson lemon pepper
• 1 teaspoon Robertson BBQ spice
• Salt to taste ( take note Robertson spices are salty )
• ¼ teaspoon haldi
• 1 tablespoon vinegar
• Handful of freshly chopped dhania (coriander)
• 2 tablespoons tomato sauce
• 1 teaspoon mustard sauce
• 3 tablespoons steers BBQ sauce
• 1 teaspoon Worcester
