Ingredients

• 2 teaspoons active dry yeast
• 1/2 teaspoon Manuka Royale Honey
• 1 cup (250ml) warm water
• 2 1/2 cups (375g) High Grade Flour
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 2 tablespoons olive oil
• 4 tablespoons fresh basil pesto
• 1 cup smoked ham, chopped
• 250g fresh mozzarella cheese, torn
• 1 cup walnuts, crushed
• 2 teaspoons Manuka Royale Truffle Honey
• 2 handfuls of fresh rocket
• Olive oil
• Salt and pepper
