• 2 Tbsp olive oil
• ¾ cup onion, minced
• 3 garlic cloves, smashed
• ¾ cup vodka
• 1 can crushed tomatoes (14 ½ oz)
• ¾ cup half-and-half
• Flake salt, optional
• Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
• ¼ tsp crushed red pepper flakes
• ½ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
