• 4 thinly sliced strawberries
• 6 teaspoons sugar
• 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
• 5 tablespoons all-purpose flour
• 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
• 1/4 cup milk of choice
• 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
• A pinch of salt
