Ingredients

• 2 tbsp vegan butter, room temperature
• 1 1/2 - 2 tsp granulated sugar
• 2 tbsp flour
• 1 tbsp Smooth Vanilla Clean Lean Protein by Nuzest (or use Just Natural for a less sweet cookie)
• 1/4 tsp baking powder
• 1/2 Peanut Butter & Chocolate Clean Lean Protein Bar , chopped
• Optional: pinch of salt
