Ingredients: 1 kg chicken mince washed and drained very well; Add in:; ¾ cup fried onions; 1 finely diced onion; Chopped greens; 3 slices bread soaked in water. Squeeze out water and processed; 2 tablespoons coconut; 2 tablespoons badam (almond) powder [I omitted]; ½ teaspoon cinnamon; ½ teaspoon Elachi (cardomom) powder; 2 tablespoons ground green chillies; 6 cloves minced garlic; 2 teaspoons @purespice_sa green chillies & garlic paste; 1½ teaspoon salt; 2 teaspoons dhana jeeroo; 3 teaspoons baking powder; ½ teaspoon arad (Turmeric); (I put a slice of kiri cheese). Freeze. To serve (thaw out steam in pot with little water and deep fry few minutes)
