Lindsay's Brew Burgers Recipe

Ingredients

• 1 lb ground turkey
• 3/4 cup dry bread crumbs
• 1/4 cup Dark Secrets Sauce
• 1/4 cup Big Rock Beer
• 1 medium onion,finely chopped
• 3 garlic cloves
• 1 tsp dried parsley
• 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
• 1 tsp thyme
• 1 tsp dried oregano
• salt and pepper to taste
