Ingredients
- 30g butter
- 3 tbsp milk
- 1 medium egg
- 2 tbsp light brown soft sugar
- a few drops of vanilla extract
- 4 tbsp plain flour
- 1½ tbsp cocoa powder
- ½ tsp baking powder
- 1 square of dark chocolate plus a few shavings to serve
- whipped cream to serve
- small handful of mini marshmallows
